Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all guest rooms and in all indoor public areas of the hotel, including the lobby, restaurant and cafe.
Pets
To ensure the comfort, safety and well-being of all our guests, pets are not permitted anywhere within the hotel, including both indoor and outdoor areas.
The only exception applies to certified guide dogs and assistance dogs accompanying guests with disabilities. Such animals must carry the appropriate official identification.
Check-in
Check-in is available daily from 12:30 to 22:00.
If you require an early check-in, please contact the hotel in advance. Early check-in is subject to room availability.
Check-out
Check-out is available daily from 08:00 to 11:00.
Guests wishing to check out earlier are kindly requested to inform the reception desk the evening before departure.
Late check-out is available upon request and subject to availability. Departures before 18:00 are charged at 25% of the nightly room rate. Departures after 18:00 are considered an additional night's stay and are charged at 100% of the room rate.
Luggage storage
Complimentary luggage storage is available in a secure designated area. Please contact the reception for assistance.

Breakfast
Breakfast is served daily from 08:00 to 11:00 in the restaurant dining area located on the ground floor.
If you wish to have breakfast earlier, a breakfast box can be prepared upon request. Please notify the reception desk the evening before.
Restaurant opening hours
Our restaurant is located on the ground floor and operates Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
- Summer season (1 April – 30 September): 12:30–16:30 & 19:00–22:00
- Winter season (1 October – 31 March): 12:30–16:00 & 19:00–21:30
Hotel guests receive a 10% discount on all menu items.
The restaurant is also open to non-resident guests.
Cafe opening hours
Our café is open Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 08:00 to 21:30.

Children
Infants and children up to 3 years old stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
A complimentary baby cot is available upon request. Parents are kindly asked to provide their own bedding for the cot.
For each child aged 4 years and older, there is an additional charge including an extra bed and breakfast.
Parents are kindly requested to supervise their children at all times and help maintain the peaceful and relaxing environment of the hotel.
Damages
Guests are financially responsible for any significant damage caused to guest rooms or public areas, including the lobby, restaurant, café and playroom.
Accessibility
We are committed to providing comfortable and equal access for all our guests.
The hotel offers step-free access at the main entrance and an 8-person elevator serving all floors.
A specially designed accessible guest room with a fully equipped bathroom is available for guests with reduced mobility.
An accessible restroom is also available for visitors of the restaurant and café.
